Great place
House was clean and tidy with everything supplied for a lengthy stay. Easy access to the Mill Ave area and airport.
The neighborhood was really peaceful, really close to a variety of stores and restaurants. The house matched the listing and was nice. A little older, but seemed maintained well. The only cons as far as the home went is some of the lighting throughout the home is kind of confusing and a handful of light switches we couldn't figure out what they were for, fans/lights in the living room and kitchen mostly. The pool and back yard were really nice and I enjoyed the turf area since they had a set of dumbells in the home i had a nice backyard workout while the family swam. The pool is ice cold even when the temps were in the 80s in Tempe! We had TV issues, but our hosts were quick to respond to try and help resolve the situation, eventually that issue was handled at the end of our trip. Pool maintenance and handy man work was handled quickly and unnoticeable while we were out and about during the week. I would stay at one of our hosts BnBs again in the future if we are in Arizona.

Very charming home, quite neighborhood.
Chris and Cameron were always responsive to our communications. The location was convenient to the ASU campus with several restaurants in walking distance --we really liked the Saltfire Brewery. Prospective guests, note that the pool is not heated. It is unusable in the winter and spring - we arrived in later February and the water temperature was in the 50s (F). Hosts were honest about this when asked directly, but this was not mentioned anywhere in the listing that prominently features the pool. The interior was very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. One of the shower drains was clogged when we arrived, but it was fixed while we were out on the same day we reported the issue. The updated en suite bathroom shower was really nice. We appreciated the convenience of the location, the comfort, and the responsive hosts!
Really enjoyed this house. Would definitely stay again.

The place was really great overall. I had expected the outdoor weather to be a bit warmer, but it turned out to be on the colder side, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool since the water was quite cold. This is something to consider for me when traveling with children with special needs who love water a lot and can’t send them in the pool due to cold water, and especially when booking a longer stay in advance and having limited flexibility to check out early. In hindsight, it may be better to book for a few days initially to see whether the location, weather, and accommodations work well for both you and the kids, and then extend the stay if it feels like a good fit. We had originally booked for 12 days but decided to check out early. Since the area and property were not fully booked during that time, we did not receive a refund for the unused days, which is fair based on their policy. I will remind this myself for next time when booking on AirBNB.
